We took Megan, our SMC friend that is in a program in Uganda
that came to visit us for a week, to the cultural center. We bought trinkets
and bags and earrings and hand carved bowls. Then Megan and I went to “the
beach” met a man, Ebenezer, wearing a polka dot lace mini skirt, and
then we left. The pictures show a side of Ghana we hadn't seen up close yet; it was shocking.
